Do I need a permit for site clearing?

Basic clearing usually doesn't require a permit, but clearing combined with grading over a certain volume often does. We handle permit determination and filing where required.

Can you remove trees on my lot?

We remove trees as part of site clearing for construction. Some cities require tree removal permits or protected-tree surveys — we'll confirm your local requirements.

Do you handle the grading too?

We do rough grading to create a build-ready pad. For engineered grading plans and certified compaction, we coordinate with your geotech or grading engineer.

What happens to the green waste?

Vegetation and green waste are hauled to local composting and recycling facilities — not landfilled — whenever possible.
